Terms & Conditions

Taking part in any class/session with The Riders' Programme whether live, on-demand, in-person or online:

Viewers must follow all safety instructions before beginning the class and throughout the session.

When participating in any exercise program, there is a possibility of physical injury.

If you experience any discomfort, you should stop immediately and seek medical advice. Please check with a health professional if you have any concerns. If you engage in any activity delivered by The Riders' Programme or anyone who works for The Riders' Programme, you agree to do so at your own risk. You are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risk of injury to yourself. The teacher(s) and The Riders' Programme accept no responsibility for any damage or injury suffered (to possessions or persons) while undertaking any activities and/or workouts with The Riders' Programme including those indirectly offered by us. 

Cancellation Policy:

Group classes:

Please note if you are signed up and do not attend the session you will not be able to gain a refund. If you wish to cancel or reschedule, you must do so giving 24 hrs notice. Either directly cancelling or rescheduling via the online platform yourself, or by letting a member of The Riders' Programme know by contacting us at hello@theridersprogramme.com

Private sessions:

If booked in for a private session, you must give 48 hrs notice to cancel otherwise you will be charged the following:

Cancelling more than 24hrs before you will be charged 50% of the full fee. Cancelling less than 24hrs before, you will be charged 100% of the full fee.

If for any reason we as The Riders' Programme need to cancel unexpectedly, we will move your session to the next time that suits you as a the customer.
